Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling: All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Conditions: If the customer cancels or requests to reschedule the appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, no additional charges will apply.
  3. Late Cancellation or No-Show Charges: In the event that the customer fails to cancel or reschedule the appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, a $50 charge will be applied.
  4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Procedure: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, the customer must contact us directly by phone or email and provide the necessary information.
  5. Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
  6. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, at the discretion of the company.
